The wing panels slide together onto two carbon fiber joiner rods for easy assembly and alignment, and can be bonded using either tape or foam-safe glue.

The included 180-size motor is already installed — and there's still plenty of room in the center compartment for easy installation of your ESC and on-board radio gear.

The included, upswept ABS winglets are sturdy enough to withstand abuse, and add rock-solid stability to the Mini Slinger ARF's flight. They easily screw into place on the wing.

You'll need just a 3-channel radio with two submicro servos (and a mixing system to control the elevons), plus a 10-12 amp electronic speed control.

The wings are made of sturdy foam, fully covered with a lightweight plastic skin that boosts strength and smooths out the surface — making it easy to keep your model looking clean and new. Carbon fiber reinforcements add to the wing's rigidity.

With a little glue, a screwdriver, and a half-hour's time, you've got everything you need to assemble the Mini Slinger ARF. Great Planes also includes a preinstalled 180-size motor; a propeller and a spare; and all of the necessary hardware.

There's no landing gear to bend or break — the Mini Slinger ARF safely skids to a stop when you're finished with your flight. The protective plastic landing skid also provides a solid finger grip for easy hand launches.
